    Choose Your Horror - Puzzle

Choose Your Horror is a puzzle game (Halloween edition), and puzzles we really rarely add.

We rarely add them, because people don't play them too often, hence the warning label 'puzzle' on the home page thumbnail image. The reason I decided to enlist this one is mostly because of cool background music and horror effects you get to hear all the time during the play. This really enhances to the overall creepy experience. Puzzles are for kids, I agree, especially if you pick the easiest 2x2 option. But if you choose to play the one with 12x12 tiles (yes 144 pieces), it actually turns into an all-day-long mission impossible.

    how to play

I don't plan to give you lessons on how to play puzzles all right. I'll just mention a few good and one bad thing about this game. Good is that you can choose your own puzzle, in every sense. You can choose the number of tiles and the image. While playing, if you get stuck, you can always hover the mouse over the 'hint' button and check out how the whole image looks like. That's really helpful. The only problem with this app is that if you don't like the image you initially picked there's no way to simply go back to main screen. Instead you need to go through the entire procedure like this: 'start', 'finished' and 'try again'. This workaround is not fancy, but it does the trick. It's been 4 years since the release of this game so it would be pointless to ask the developer to fix that at this point, right.

    about the author

This is an old game, it dates back to 2010. I've picked it up from kongregate's site. It was made by some guy named 'psychotool' who mainly makes puzzles and memory games. This one ended up on some site yourmomgames (just a sponsor I guess), which has nothing to do with scary stuff anyway and is apparently abandoned project, so I wouldn't look into it and waste time, if I were you.
