Fear Less
Fear Less is jump and run game about little girl's nightmare in which she's trying to outrun death. The game concept is simple. Little girl is running in the forest, chased by death. Each time she stumbles upon something, whether it's a rock, or a little pink bunny or a mushroom, she looses a piece of her heart and a death gets closer. In her dream, forest is angry with her, and is sending foxes and wolves at her. So she must fight back, with a sword. To jump you must press 'Z' and to attack you use 'X'. The idea is to get farthest you can, to pick up all the medals, do all upgrades and finally earn "beat the nightmare" medal to win the game.
This is not the first endless runner I played, and I must say that I am not a fan of such games. Anyway, what this game stands out from the others is great pix-elated artwork and excellent music theme. The whole project has been done by only 3 people as you can see from the credits section. Anna Oliver did artwork, animation and set up the concept, while the music theme "I still have hope" has been composed by Greg Lane.

The tricky part about the game is that if you want to beat the nightmare you must get all the medals first. Than, when the next round starts over, you don't have to run. Just let death catches you and you will earn "beat the nightmare" medal. Getting that far is not easy. I played just a couple of rounds and the side scrolling scene made me dizzy in the head already. Another hint you would probably figure out yourself is that you don't have to kill every fox on your way. You can use double jumps. Of course, you must go to upgrades screen and buy some first.

Game is not scary, but it's fun and I like how it was done, the artwork. It reminds me of Hodag Snag, Nightmare Rodeo and an all hallows tale.

These are my two first unsuccessful attempts I've recorded and uploaded on youtube, so you can get a quick preview of the game.
