Not quite scary, more like creepy, The Old Brewery is far from an ideal place to get lost inside of.

Gameplay

Your friends got in almost an hour ago, and there's still no a sign of them. You can;t wait any longer, so you decided to go in and take a look by yourself. Once you set a foot in, the door slammed right behind your back. That's not a good sign, and it's more than obvious that you should try to get a hell out of there asap. First, you must find another way out. Regarding your friends, who knows, maybe you'll get an answer at the end, maybe not.

About the Game

The game showed up in July 2012 (made by Selfdefiant), but it's been uploaded to Newgrounds just recently (under another developer/publisher who bought it off), and that's how we got it. The quality is so so, the gameplay deserves 3 out of 5. What is interesting about this game is the level of details, those mini puzzles you must solves to get to the end. Using photographic images is always a good idea and it adds to the level of creepiness. The old Breweary is definitely a good place for kids to sneak inside and do some research. We got missing kids here too. I hope everything went weel for them at the end.

Text Walkthrough

It is very hard to go in details and describe each and every step about what to do next and where to look to collect specific item. For instance, to see what's behind the loose brick, you'll need a crowbar. You can use it also to open all kinds of other things, such as wooden casket laying on the floor upstairs. There you will find the green gem. The yellow gem you can find in a shoe, but use the flashlight for that. Try to get a flashlight as soon as possible, because some things cannot be seen without it. If you use flashlight on a red cabinet, you should find a green key there. The green key opens the green keyhole doors that leads to the upper floor. We can go like this on and on, but there's no point. The best things is to try the game yourself and if you get stuck, just check the video walkthrough below.

The hard part in the game are the numbers. Type in 1-7-3 to open a safe. That number came out as a result of subtraction of numbers used in this note: Chiller CLUE (RAD Inc, 1765-1938). Colored dials clue needs this combination: (R-1,G-8,B-11,Y-4,Pi-3,Pu-11). This all is just way too hard! There's no way to solve this by your own. At this point you're supposed to search for an answer or maybe to google a bit.
