Drop dead is in short what's expected from you as a player, to drop this ragdoll dead. Unlike most of the games where the goal is to protect and keep the main character alive while doing what he or she is supposed to do, here in Drop Dead you're trying the opposite, to make as much damage to the main character as possible in shortest amount of time. This is basically how you earn bonus points and how you complete levels. As soon as teddy looses most of his parts, you are allowed to proceed to the next torturing level.

The game is played with a mouse. You need to click and drag a bear in order to fling it around so it gets either stabbed by sharp spikes in the wall, or cut in two by rotating saws. The sooner it get bloody the better. In the end, it's worth noticing that this is so called 'hacked version', which means you can skip to any level you like without having to finish the previous one.
