Horror House (Demo)

Strange house in the middle of creepy woods hides a crime scene and a secret resident you are about to face (DEMO GAME). Please note that this is just a SHORT - ONE MINUTE DEMO of a game that is yet to be made. I loved it and decided to share it with you.

I've picked up this game the other day from Kongregate's site, and I think you should hear about it. First of all, it's not a game, it's hardly a demo. You get to go through it within a minute or so, and there's not much to play. The reason for putting it here on crazyscarygames is that I think this game has a huge potential, and if more people see it and talk about it, maybe the authore will see that potential too and decide to finish it up.

Despite the lack of any real storyline, I really loved the atmosphere: the owls howling, sound of crows and magpies, switches for turning lights on and off, door screeches and the dark, wherever you go. Background noises and the music is top-notch horrific. This little demo reminded me a lot of 'deep sleep' series - Remember those pixel art low-res games? This one resembles a lot and I would really love to see the ending of it. On top of that, there are couple of jumpscares too.

There's really not much about the story. A guy runs through the woods when he sees a distance light, and as being attracted to it, he walks until he stumbles upon a house. He than enters a house and starts off his little private investigation, to find a dead body hangin of the ceiling. So, the murder took place. The creepy part is that the corps is about to vanish and you will soon face a mysterious resident of the house. What comes next is to wait and see when the author decides to finish up the game.
