Zombies Surrounded - Escape The Apocalypse

Point and click style game where you are trapped in a house alone and scared and surrounded by zombies.

The gameplay

Lance Greenly just had a car accident. While driving at night he crashed into someone or something that was just standing there in the middle of the road so he couldn't avoid it. Luckily a girl showed up to give him a hand. He survived but his memory is blurry. It turns out that the car crash was not an isolated incident neither it was accident, but a part of a bigger problem that the whole humanity is about to deal with very soon. You are guessing - it's a zombie apocalypse going on. While hearing screams around the house and facing first causalities you and the girl need to figure out the strategy how to get out of the situation alive, if possible. In the classic point and click scenario you wander the house search for clues and items that might be useful in defending from the undead.

The game does indeed start as a classic shooter, since the first thing you need to do is to press the space bar quickly in order to take out the zombie. But soon after the game starts, you realize it's top down game with a breaks when you investigate room in a typical point and click style and point and click controls.

That was a good game, but! Here's the criticism about the game. It was a story-driven game, like that's obvious. This game is about story, about characters, about the people. But, this game does not introduce the characters or their dynamic with each other. The woman who saved me, I don't even know here name because it wasn't stated that much, if it was stated at all. The problem is that you don't get attached to your own character as you should in type of games like this one.
